At James King III Fitness, we are committed to your satisfaction and fitness success. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee to ensure peace of mind with your purchase. Here are the details of our refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 90 days of your initial purchase. The refund applies to personal training sessions, packages, and other services.
2. Condition for Refund: We request that clients attend at least 80% of their scheduled training sessions and follow the prescribed fitness and nutrition plans during the 90-day period. If you are unsatisfied with your progress or our services despite your adherence to the program, you are eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us via James@JamesKingIIIFit.com. We may require additional information or feedback about your experience to process your refund.
4. Refund Timeline: Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Session Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled training session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
2. Package Cancellation: To cancel a training package, please contact us at least 7 days before the start of your next billing cycle. Refunds for package cancellations will be prorated based on the number of sessions used.
3. No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows (missing a session without cancellation) may result in the forfeiture of that session without a refund or rescheduling option.
